Wingard Counseling provides counseling services for children, adolescents, adults and elderly having difficulty making life choices and/or experiencing mental health concerns. Since 2002, Paul Wingard’s private practice has been helping Elmira, NY by providing employee assistance programs, critical incident debriefing and/or counseling to their respective patients.
Types of Patients:
- Children (4-12 years)
- Adolescents (13-18 years)
- Adults (19 years and over)
- Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (all ages)
Specialties Treated:
- Helping others achieve fulfilling relationships, healthy living, work/life balance, recovery, financial stability, personal growth and professional success.
- Completing mental health assessments to determine a patient’s needs and level/appropriateness of services recommended (i.e., bariatric/gastric bypass surgery, educational placement, disability, return to work, etc.)
- Counseling those who are experiencing one or more of the following mental health areas: 1) anger management, 2) anxiety, 3) attention deficit disorders, 4) depression, 5) grief/bereavement, 5) obsessive compulsive disorder, and 6) post traumatic stress disorder
